This policy provides procedures for receiving complaints and concerns of employees of the corporation regarding accounting and auditing matters relating to the corporation, and violations of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics of the Corporation, and of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Don Caron became the CEO of Bri-Chem on May 1, 2009. Don has extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions for emerging companies. He has been involved in advising public companies in transactions, including initial public offerings, private placements, stock exchange listings, capital pool offerings, qualifying transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He has provided advice on a variety of corporate transactions including acquisitions and divestitures, equity and debt financings, and corporate restructurings. Don is also Chairman of the Board of Directors for Bri-Chem.
Eric is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Canada and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Eric was the former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Solutions Inc., a public company traded on the TSX. Eric currently works as Chief Financial Officer for a private oilfield services company where he is responsible for overseeing its finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining Commercial Solutions Inc., Eric was a senior auditor with the international accounting firm KPMG, in their Vancouver office. There he audited financial offering prospectuses for Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies in the forestry, utility, and distribution industries. Eric earned a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Lethbridge and a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Alberta.
Brian Campbell founded Bri-Chem Supply Ltd. in 1985 and was the President of Bri-Chem Supply and Sodium Solutions Inc. until November 2011. Brian has extensive knowledge of warehousing product, and experience in costing and managing inventory levels. Before starting Bri-Chem Supply Ltd., Brian was involved with other fluid companies.
Albert Sharp has worked in the oilfield for over 38 years and has served on boards from non-profits to large private companies. Most recently, Mr. Sharp was Chief Operating Officer of Altus Geomatics, a partnership under the Altus Group Income Fund. Mr. Sharp has been on the advisory board of the Alberta Vocational College at Lesser Slave Lake and is a member of many organizations, including the Canadian Institute of Geomatics and the Alberta Association of Land Agents.
