Bri-Chem Corporation (Bri-Chem) trades on the TSX. Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Bri-Chem has become a North American industry leader for the distribution, blending and bagging of oilfield drilling, completion, stimulation, and production chemical fluids.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Tony Pagnucco is Bri-Chem’s chief financial officer. As CFO, Tony oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, insurance, real estate, investor relations, legal, internal audit and tax functions at Bri-Chem. Tony joined Bri-Chem in 2020 and has worked closely with Bri-Chem’s senior leadership since his arrival.
Tony has over ten years of experience building and leading finance teams in companies with significant operating scales and complexity. Before joining Bri-Chem, Tony worked in progressive management roles in manufacturing, real estate, and heavy equipment servicing industries within the Western Canadian market.
As an articling student, he began his career with Deloitte and obtained his Chartered Accountant Designation in 2011. Tony graduated from the University of Alberta with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
